Service · Payroll, CNSS & AMO
Payroll and social filings, outsourced properly.
Payslips, contracts, CNSS/AMO registration and filings via Damancom, payroll income tax, final settlements: your employees are paid and declared by the book — and you are covered in the event of an inspection or a dispute.
Billed by headcount, alongside the accounting subscription — or as a standalone payroll engagement if your books are kept elsewhere.
What's included
From the employment contract to the final settlement.
Payroll is more than the payslip: it is a complete cycle, from the employee's arrival to their departure.
Payslips
Compliant monthly payslips, with CNSS and AMO contributions and income tax withheld at source calculated, delivered on a fixed date for every employee.
Affiliation & registration
Affiliating the business with the CNSS, registering each employee, hire declarations: the recruitment formalities completed on time.
Damancom filings
Monthly e-filing of salaries and e-payment of CNSS and AMO contributions via the Damancom portal, with the receipts archived.
Contracts & HR documents
Employment contracts, amendments, salary and employment certificates: the everyday documents, properly drafted and consistent with the declared payroll.
Departures & final settlements
Resignation, end of a fixed-term contract, dismissal: calculating entitlements, the final settlement, receipts and deregistering the employee — a well-handled exit prevents most disputes.
Annual returns
The annual salaries return filed with the DGI, consistent with the year's payslips and CNSS declarations.
Complex employment-law matters — litigation, restructuring — are handled with your lawyer; we prepare the figures and documents that serve as the basis.
Who must register with the CNSS in Morocco?
Any business that employs staff must affiliate with the CNSS and register its employees — a legal obligation from the very first hire, not an option that waits for the business to grow. Affiliation opens the employee's rights: AMO health cover, family allowances, benefits, pension. Failing to declare an employee exposes the employer to reassessed contributions and sanctions, and deprives the employee of their rights — it is the most frequent and most expensive inspection issue we see.
How does the monthly Damancom filing work?
Each month, the employer declares the salaries paid on the CNSS's Damancom portal, then pays the corresponding contributions by e-payment. The declaration must be consistent with the payslips and, at year-end, with the salaries return filed with the DGI — that consistency between payroll, CNSS and tax is what the firm guarantees, because all three come out of the same hands.
What does a compliant payslip include?
The base salary and variable elements (overtime, bonuses, benefits), employee and employer CNSS and AMO contributions, income tax withheld at source under the current scale, and the net pay. An accurate payslip protects both sides: the employee knows their rights, the employer is covered in the event of a CNSS inspection, a labour inspection or an employment-tribunal dispute.
Outsourcing payroll: from how many employees?
From the first. It is precisely in small structures that mistakes cost the most: a manager who does payslips "from memory" builds up discrepancies that resurface years later, during an inspection or a contentious departure. For a headcount of one to fifty employees, outsourcing costs a fraction of the time and risk it removes.
How it works
A monthly cycle that runs like clockwork.
You tell us the variables; we produce, file and archive.
Set-up
Taking over or creating the payroll file: CNSS affiliation if needed, employee registration, collecting the contracts, fixing the standing payroll elements.
Every month — the variables
You send us the month's changes: absences, overtime, bonuses, arrivals and departures. A WhatsApp message is enough.
Payslips & filings
We produce the payslips, e-file the salaries on Damancom and tell you the amount of contributions and income tax to pay, before the deadline.
The events
A hire, a departure, a workplace accident, maternity leave: every event is handled in the proper form, with the documents that go with it.
Pricing
By headcount, on quotation.
Payroll is priced simply: a base, then a cost per payslip. The quote is in writing and the fee only moves with your headcount.
Outsource your payroll
Payslips, CNSS, AMO, payroll income tax and HR documents — alongside the accounting or as a standalone engagement.
- Compliant monthly payslips
- Damancom e-filing & e-payment
- Payroll income tax withheld at source
- Contracts, certificates, arrivals / departures
- Final settlements
- Annual salaries return
The number of payslips per month is the first criterion of the quote.
Many arrivals and departures — seasonal workers, site crews — generate more formalities than a stable workforce.
Fixed salaries or pay with many variables (hours, bonuses, commissions): the monthly collection is not the same workload.
Undeclared employees or CNSS arrears: we price the regularisation separately, after a review.
Who it's for
This service is for you if…
01
You're hiring for the first time
Affiliation, registration, contract, first payslip: we put everything in place, in order and on time.
02
You do the payroll yourself
Every approximate payslip is a deferred risk. We take over what exists, correct it, and secure what comes next.
03
Your workforce changes a lot
Hospitality, construction, retail: frequent arrivals and departures demand tight management of declarations and final settlements.
04
You've had a CNSS inspection
We reconstruct the history, respond to the inspectors and regularise what needs to be — then shield the file for the future.
Frequently asked questions
Payroll & CNSS: your questions.
What does AMO cover for your employees?
AMO — the compulsory health insurance managed by the CNSS — covers healthcare for the employee and their dependants under the rules in force. AMO contributions are calculated and paid together with the monthly CNSS contributions — included in our payroll service.
Fixed-term or permanent: what does the Moroccan Labour Code say?
The permanent contract (CDI) is the normal form of employment; a fixed-term contract (CDD) is only possible in the cases provided for by the Labour Code and follows rules on duration and renewal. We draft the contract suited to your situation and flag when a fixed-term contract won't hold legally.
How is a final settlement calculated?
It brings together the salary for the last days worked, untaken paid leave, and depending on the reason for departure the compensation due (notice, dismissal, damages as the case may be). The calculation depends on seniority and the grounds: we build it item by item, with the compliant receipt that protects the employer.
Can an employee who was never declared be regularised?
Yes, and better before an inspection than after. We calculate the contributions due, handle the retroactive declaration and set up clean payroll for the future. Voluntary regularisation always costs less than a reassessment.
