In short

The practice collects only the information you voluntarily provide so that it can reply to you. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. This site uses no advertising trackers and performs no profiling.

What is collected

When you complete the contact form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the nature of your enquiry and your message. If you write via WhatsApp, the practice receives your number and messages under that service's own terms.

Why

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where an engagement follows, manage the professional relationship. No other purpose.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to handle the exchange. Where an engagement begins, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the retention periods required by Moroccan accounting and tax obligations.

Who has access

Only the practice's principal and any staff he authorises to handle your file. Data is disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.

Hosting and transfers outside Morocco

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and served from an international network. Form messages are delivered to the practice's mailbox. These providers may process data outside Morocco.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic: pages viewed, where visits come from, device type. This is used only to understand what is useful to visitors and to improve the site.

Ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled, and your IP address is anonymised. Browsing data is never sold or used to retarget you. You can opt out via your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@stracoma.com. You may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The practice applies reasonable measures to protect information entrusted to it, consistent with the professional confidentiality binding a comptable agréé.
