Services & pricing
Published prices, no surprises.
Almost no accounting firm in Morocco publishes its prices. We do — and always have. Because a business owner who wants to compare should be able to do it before pushing a door open, not after three meetings.
All our fees are quoted excluding tax. Every engagement starts with a written quotation — and the quotation is what counts.
The three files
Open it, run it, close it: one point of contact.
The whole life of a company comes down to three files. Each has its price, its own detailed page, and the same standard of care.

In full transparency
Why “starting from”? What makes the fee vary.
An honest accounting subscription is worked out from the real workload. Here are the criteria — the same ones for everybody.
| Criterion | What we look at | Effect on the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Volume of paperwork | Number of invoices, statements and transactions per month | The first criterion: more documents means more entry and more checking |
| TVA (VAT) regime | Monthly or quarterly returns | The monthly regime means twelve filings a year instead of four |
| Employees | Headcount, staff turnover, variable pay items | Payslips and CNSS/AMO returns come on top of the core bookkeeping |
| Sector of activity | Retail with stock, professional practice, services, import… | Some sectors call for specific handling (stock, cash, withholdings) |
| State of the books | Accounts up to date, or a backlog to catch up on | Clearing a backlog is quoted separately, once and for all |
| Scope entrusted | Bookkeeping alone, or bookkeeping + tax + payroll + advice | The fee follows the scope — set out in black and white in the quotation |
The quotation spells out what is included, what is not, and the price of every option. The agreed fee does not move during the year without talking to you first — never a surprise line on an invoice.

Our commitment
Why publish your prices?
Because transparency is a choice a firm makes, not a marketing line. Three commitments follow from it.
Published prices
The prices shown on this site are the real ones. Nobody discovers the price at the third meeting.
Quoted in writing, honoured in full
Every engagement starts with a detailed quotation. What is written is what is invoiced — nothing else.
No hidden costs
Administrative fees paid to the authorities are listed separately, to the dirham, with no mark-up by the firm.
Frequently asked questions
Pricing: your questions.
Who is the 1,000 MAD excl. tax/month rate for?
A simple file: low volume of paperwork, quarterly TVA (VAT), no employees. It is a real rate paid by real clients — not a teaser price. As soon as volume, payroll or the VAT regime add to the workload, the quotation says so precisely, criterion by criterion.
Does the 4,000 MAD excl. tax for company formation cover every cost?
It covers all of our fees, from the first consultation to handing over the registered company file. The administrative fees paid to the authorities — OMPIC, registration, court registry, legal notices — come on top and appear as separate lines on the quotation, with no mark-up by the firm.
Is there a minimum commitment period on the subscription?
The subscription follows an annual rhythm — accounts are kept by the financial year — but you stay free: if you leave, we organise a clean transfer of your file to the next firm, the way we would want it done for us. Our clients' loyalty does not rest on a clause.
Are the prices quoted inclusive or exclusive of tax?
All our fees are quoted excluding tax; TVA (VAT) at the rate in force is added on the invoice. That is standard practice in the profession, and it is stated on every quotation.
Can the fee go up during the year?
No — not without talking to you first. If your business genuinely changes scale (headcount, volume, scope), we discuss it, we adjust the quotation, and the new fee applies once you have agreed. Never retroactively, never as a surprise.
Do you offer easier terms for people starting out?
The first conversation is free, so is the quotation, and the company-formation package is already sized for a start-up budget. After that, the subscription starts at the real level of your activity — 1,000 MAD excl. tax/month for a young file — and grows with it, never ahead of it.
