STRACOMA — Société de Travaux Comptables et Conseil en Marketing — has been working alongside business owners in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region for more than thirty years. A firm on a human scale, where the manager himself is the one who reads you and answers you.
The founder
Younes El Otmani, chartered accountant.
Younes El Otmani founded STRACOMA in Témara in 1992. A chartered accountant, he holds an MBA — a Master of Business Administration — from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), a North American training that shaped the way he works: exact figures, explained simply, in the service of the decision at hand.
Thirty years on, the firm has worked with several generations of entrepreneurs from Témara, Rabat, Salé and the whole region — shopkeepers, professional practices, companies, founders. Many have been here since the very beginning; some files have seen the father come through, then the children.
The conviction has not shifted since day one: a business owner deserves to understand their figures, to know the price in advance, and to speak directly to their accountant — not to a switchboard. That is why our prices are published, why the first conversation is free, and why every client has the same point of contact: the manager in person.

The firm opens in Témara, serving the town's shopkeepers and small businesses — back when everything was filed on paper, counter by counter.
Companies & advisory work
The client base widens to SARLs and professional practices; tax advice and support with company formation become pillars of the firm.
Going paperless
SIMPL e-filing, Damancom social security returns: the firm moves its files over to the online services — and clients stop queuing at counters.
The firm at a distance
Paperwork by WhatsApp, files handled remotely as far as Casablanca and Kénitra, preparation for e-invoicing: the tools change, the standard does not.
